about the job.
- Provide daily legal guidance across a broad spectrum of business units, including securities, futures, asset management, insurance, and emerging digital/virtual asset sectors.
- Draft and review complex legal agreements while assisting with the management of litigation matters and coordinating with external legal consultants.
- Liaise with government authorities and supervise specialized legal processes, such as the handling of bankrupt or deceased client accounts.
skills & experiences required.
- Holds a law degree with honors from a Hong Kong institution and possesses at least 3 years of PQE within the legal or financial services sector.
- Deep familiarity with general corporate, litigation, data protection; additional knowledge of financial regulations is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to support regional operations.
