about the job.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of HK IPOs and corporate finance transactions.
- Draft legal documentation, conduct due diligence, and liaise with global clients.
- Facilitate transaction closings and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to oversee cross-border deal flows.
skills & experiences required.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal within a leading international law firm.
- Strong understanding of the HKIPO process and corporate finance deal cycles, including document management and closings.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
- Title and scope of responsibility will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
