Working closely alongside Customer Service Officers (CSOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs), the team ensures efficient client onboarding and seamless transaction processing.

Support Customer Service Officers (CSOs) with clerical duties, including execution of account opening, verification of remittance receipts, and completion of KYC / CDD reviews and analytical reports.
Provide operational and administrative support to Relationship Managers (RMs) regarding client transactional and operational queries.
Perform systematic document filing, data input, and maintain operational documentation accuracy.
Participate in ad-hoc operational projects and duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
Recent university graduates with a keen interest in pursuing a career within banking and wealth management are welcomed.
Prior experience in KYC / CDD, account opening, or general private banking operations is an advantage.
Strong PC skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including high proficiency in Mandarin.
Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
