- Lead and deliver the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and agreed standards within a fixed-cost environment.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and client business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and meeting the SLAs.
- Coordinate internal &technical teams, and client's businss stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports for executive review.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client's business stakeholders to drive project alignment and consensus.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.

- Provide professional consultancy to clients on best practices for digital adoption and operational efficiency.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Adminstration or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital projects, particularly within the FMCG or Retail industries, supporting their specific business needs; experience in delivering SaaS, PaaS, or ERP solutions in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, especially in project management and business analysis for digital solutions.
- Previous experience working within a service provider or consulting firm with client-facing experience is highly preferred; high-caliber candidates from in-house backgrounds will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence project outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English speaking, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit is a must.
- Strong business sense and the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language in a multicultural environment.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP); relevant certification would be advantageous.
