Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Integration Conssultant to bridge the gap between our international supply chain network and our commercial ecosystem. In this client-facing position, you will head the end-to-end deployment of data-sharing setups, linking vendors, third-party logistics partners, and internal infrastructure.
Your mission is to streamline client onboarding, optimize existing data channels, and drive the evolution of our regional digital connectivity.
Core Responsibilities
- Client & Partner Onboarding: Direct the technical onboarding of regional accounts onto our logistics frameworks via REST/SOAP APIs, managed file transfers (SFTP), web portals, and e-commerce extensions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact matching clients, supply chain vendors, customer success teams, and core software engineers to ensure frictionless data flows.
- Workflow Optimization: Evaluate external client workflows against internal operational capacities to design, recommend, and deploy highly scalable connection processes.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Sync: Coordinate with global product managers and vendor developers to test, validate, and launch integrations with external delivery networks.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Oversee connection health, manage system incident logs, and swiftly resolve escalated B2B data transfer anomalies (including JSON payload discrepancies and CSV format errors).
- Commercial Advisory: Review incoming business opportunities, participate in request-for-proposal (RFP) technical responses, and guide the sales team on integration feasibility.
- Leadership Support: Champion internal IT department efficiency initiatives and serve as the designated deputy for the regional senior IT leadership when required.
