Well-known for its visually rich, informative, and engaging publications, our client produces a diverse portfolio ranging from highly successful children's book series to adult lifestyle, art, and hobby guides across various creative imprints.

You will be leading a sizeable team with around 5-10 people in Hong Kong.

- ERP Leadership: Direct the global rollout, scaling, and enhancement of the proprietary publishing ERP platform.
- Process Engineering: Re-engineer workflows (from development to inventory) to automate manual tasks and maximize operational efficiency.
- Innovation & AI: Pilot and deploy AI technologies to improve data-driven forecasting and streamline operations.
- International IT Leadership: Manage IT teams across the US, UK, and regional offices to ensure seamless, 24/7 service delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce group-wide security standards and guarantee compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, WCAG 2.0 AA).
- Tech Stack Oversight: Maintain enterprise infrastructure (networks, virtualized environments, M365) and support legacy ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
