You will join the Custody & Securities Services (CSS) Division, working closely with private equity funds and institutional investors to manage complex fund structures and deliver high-quality operational and administrative solutions.

As a PE Fund Administration Professional, you will handle end-to-end fund accounting and operations for PE funds and Limited Partnership Funds (LPFs). Core responsibilities include:
- Maintaining general ledgers, financial records, and LP capital accounts.
- Calculating Net Asset Values (NAVs), management fees, capital calls, distributions, and complex waterfall models.
- Managing daily administration, trade processing, reconciliations, and exception handling.
- Preparing financial statements, performance reports, and client documentation.
- Handling LP inquiries and participating in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational improvement projects.
skills & experience required.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PE fund administration, an accounting firm, or GP in-house operations.
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA designation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PE/LPF structures and securities services workflows.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex financial modeling.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
