Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and management reports in compliance with HKFRS and statutory requirements.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes accurately and within strict deadlines.
Review group consolidation and provide deep-dive financial analysis to support strategic executive decision-making.
Coordinate internal and external audit processes, tax filings, and regulatory compliance matters.
Identify opportunities for workflow automation and drive the enhancement of internal control frameworks.
Partner with cross-functional business units to provide financial insights and support ad-hoc corporate projects.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
Professional qualification is mandatory (e.g., HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, or equivalent).
A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming straight from a Big 4 or Top Tier professional firm at Manager level, or possessing commercial financial reporting experience.
Robust knowledge of HKFRS, consolidation, and corporate tax regulations.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous.
