- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and management reports in compliance with HKFRS and statutory requirements.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Review group consolidation and provide deep-dive financial analysis to support strategic executive decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, tax filings, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and drive the enhancement of internal control frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional business units to provide financial insights and support ad-hoc corporate projects.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- Professional qualification is mandatory (e.g., HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming straight from a Big 4 or Top Tier professional firm at Manager level, or possessing commercial financial reporting experience.
- Robust knowledge of HKFRS, consolidation, and corporate tax regulations.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous.
