To support their expanding presence in Hong Kong, they are looking for a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join their 24/7 operations team.

About the Job
- Lead shift technicians in daily operations, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance across critical electrical (MV/LV, UPS, generators), mechanical (chillers, CRAH/CRAC), BMS, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure 24/7 operational continuity and high system availability in accordance with strict SLA and performance standards.
- Respond rapidly to facility alarms, perform fault diagnosis, execute immediate recovery actions, and direct operational escalations.
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors on site, enforcing site rules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Serve as Project Engineer for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and system upgrade projects.
- Monitor key facility metrics (PUE, capacity utilization, system health) and recommend energy efficiency and resilience improvements.
- Support capacity planning (power, cooling, space tracking) and assist with ISO certifications, site audits, and EHS compliance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in the operation and maintenance of 24/7 mission-critical facilities; prior experience in data centers or telecommunications environments is preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting capabilities for system failures, root cause analysis, and emergency recovery.
- Strong knowledge of EHS standards, ISO audit processes, and vendor management.
- Registered Electrical Worker (REW) certification is an advantage.
- Exposure to BMS, DCIM, or Remedy software, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Willingness to support 24/7 shift operations and out-of-office response when required.
