You will join a sophisticated, agile executive office that values absolute discretion, high efficiency, and forward-thinking adaptability. Working directly alongside the CEO, you will collaborate with internal senior management, external commercial partners and key regulatory and community bodies.

Executive & Personal Support: Deliver comprehensive, high-level administrative and personal assistance to seamlessly manage the CEO's daily professional operations and private household affairs.
Proposal Writing & Research: Conduct in-depth research to outline and draft compelling business, project, and philanthropic proposals aimed at securing new partnerships and clients.
AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize workflows, automate administrative tasks, and generate initial drafts.
Logistics & Calendar Management: Oversee complex corporate and private household calendars, managing intricate travel arrangements, event planning, and coordination with company drivers and domestic staff.
Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary gatekeeper and facilitator of professional workflows between internal teams, high-profile external partners, and public/regulatory institutions.
Basic Financial Administration: Maintain fundamental bookkeeping records, monitor project budgets, handle invoicing, and process expense reports.
Information Security: Safeguard highly sensitive personal and corporate data with absolute integrity and strict confidentiality.
skills & experience required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience providing dedicated support to senior executives, C-suite leaders, or prominent community figures.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a highly related discipline.
Tech Savviness: High proficiency in deploying AI tools for writing assistance, data analysis, and efficiency enhancement, alongside mastery of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Languages: Native or highly fluent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin for flawless cross-border communication.
Financial Literacy: Sound foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles and direct experience with bookkeeping software.
Attributes: Exceptional organizational capability with a proven track record of prioritising tasks under tight deadlines; possesses a mature, independent mindset and calm judgment under pressure.
