This position provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex executive calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and handling time-sensitive requests.
- Coordinating seamless end-to-end travel arrangements, itineraries, and processing expense reports.
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing high-quality business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Organising executive committee meetings, managing logistics, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
- Acting as a main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Overseeing ad-hoc projects, monitoring deadlines, and following up on key operational deliverables.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess strong administrative capabilities and executive presence. Required qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing executive support within a multinational corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgement, and professional integrity when handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably with senior executives and external partners.
