The Role

Lead the charge in scaling user acquisition and brand visibility through data-driven performance strategies.
Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) to drive high-quality leads.
Optimize the conversion funnel using A/B testing and deep-dive data analytics.
Collaborate with regional teams to localize global brand messaging for the HK and Greater Bay Area markets.
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within Tech, FinTech, or a high-growth startup environment.
Proven track record in managing performance budgets and achieving low CPA/CAC.
Native-level fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot/Salesforce is a must.
