- Developing and executing comprehensive 360° marketing roadmaps, including TVC, digital media, OOH, and shopper marketing.
Leading the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle—from initial consumer insights and formula innovation to packaging design and go-to-market execution.
Managing A&P budgets, forecasting sales, and holding full P&L accountability to drive market share and profitability.
Partnering with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operational alignment and launch excellence.
Identifying "white-space" opportunities and localizing global strategies to fit the unique consumer landscape of Hong Kong.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of brand management experience within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record in P&L management and leading marketing teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and digital analytics.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
