You will be working in a small team of 3 people.
about the job.
- Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate regulatory, APAC regional, and Head Office security assessments to ensure local operations align with global control frameworks and HKMA standards.
- Policy & Governance: Establish, review, and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, procedures, and baseline standards.
- Security Operations & Engineering: Oversee the end-to-end implementation, daily administration, and operational efficacy of core cybersecurity tools and controls.
- Vulnerability & Risk Management: Lead continuous vulnerability management programs, threat assessment initiatives, and system hardening efforts across the infrastructure.
- Incident Response & Resilience: Manage cyber incident response procedures, coordinating rapid containment, mitigation, root-cause analysis, and regulatory reporting.
- Threat Intelligence: Monitor global threat landscapes, market intelligence, and emerging security risks to continuously mature the organization's defense posture.
- Awareness & Culture: Drive organization-wide security awareness initiatives and foster a proactive, risk-aware culture across all business units.
