Drive Hong Kong IPOs and other corporate finance matters from inception to completion.
Focus on the end-to-end execution of IPO workstreams under the supervision of experienced partners.
Attend to diverse corporate matters, including public takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations.
Advise on follow-on offerings, corporate governance, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
Draft and negotiate sophisticated transactional documents and prospectuses.
Stay updated with evolving legal frameworks and ensure all advice remains current with market practice.
Effectively manage client expectations and deliverables through proactive communication.
skills & experience required.
3-5 years PQE with legal qualifications from Hong Kong, PRC, UK, or the US.
Deeply conversant in the Listing Rules, SFO, Companies Ordinance, and the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
Demonstrated experience in drafting complex transactional documents and prospectuses.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
A self-motivated and hardworking individual with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
