Monitor unmatched, failing, or exception trades, acting as the ultimate escalation point to resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties, prime brokers, and institutional clients.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits, rights issues, mergers, spin-offs) for multi-jurisdictional equities.
Oversee the IPO settlement process, including subscription processing, financing arrangements, allotment allocations, and first-day trading settlement.
Conduct regular operational reviews with key clients and internal stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Risk) to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.

Experience: 7–10+ years of solid experience in securities settlement, corporate actions, or post-trade operations within a brokerage, investment bank, or custodian, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of clearing and settlement rules in HK, US, JP, and SG markets. Familiarity with CCASS, DTCC, JASDEC, and CDP is essential.
Product Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of global equities, ADRs, ETFs, and the complete IPO lifecycle.
