about the job.As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a critical role in the development and operational stability of core business management systems and online platforms. Your mission is to provide technical expertise that ensures high availability and security for critical digital workflows and external-facing portals.
Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and automated workflow systems.
System Integration: Collaborate with architects to define technical designs, focusing on integration, security protocols, and high-performance scalability.
Operational Excellence: Monitor system health, perform performance tuning, and conduct disaster recovery drills across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
Cloud Modernization: Support the transition and management of newly implemented services on modern cloud platforms.
Stakeholder Coordination: Provide technical advice to internal users and coordinate with external vendors to ensure system continuity.
Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Analyst Programmer. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight project schedules.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in .NET, JavaScript, or Java. Proficiency in React SPA and RESTful API development is highly preferred.
Database Management: Strong command of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.
Modern Tooling (Advantage): Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and DevOps workflows. Exposure to JIRA, SonarQube, or e-Payment systems is a plus.
Reporting & Workflows: Knowledge of Workflow Engines and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both users and vendors.
