You will join an established, collaborative finance team based in Hong Kong, reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. - Process incoming vendor invoices, assign budget approvals, and track workflow completion using SAP FIORI.
- Manage daily SAP updates for incoming and outgoing bank transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) payments and bank charges.
- Execute weekly payment proposal runs (F110/DBS), calculate cross-currency hedge results, and ensure sufficient funding for all disbursements.
- Perform monthly Bank Statement and Profit & Loss intercompany (IC) reconciliations and maintain open item balances.
- Conduct fixed asset numbering, physical stock counts, warranty tracking, and monthly depreciation runs.
- Assist with month-end reporting duties, including freight KPI updates, logistic listings, and management expense summaries.
- Support internal and external audit requests by preparing audit confirmation letters for AR, AP, and banking institutions.
skills & experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or general accounting functions.
- Practical knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SAP FIORI is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Cantonese or other regional language skills are beneficial.
