Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, is looking for a high-performing Account Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of corporate clients, and selling our suite of enterprise IT solutions (including cloud services, cybersecurity, managed IT infrastructure, and digital transformation consulting).
You will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and business value, helping clients solve their toughest operational challenges with technology.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Client Consultation: Meet with C-level executives and IT directors to understand their business challenges and map them to our IT solutions.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and initial discovery to technical scoping, proposal presentation, and closing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our solutions architects, engineers, and project management teams to design realistic, high-impact technical proposals.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Technical Literacy: A strong conceptual understanding of enterprise tech (e.g., AWS/Azure cloud, network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, SaaS solutions).
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
Relationship Builder: A natural networker who builds trust quickly and maintains long-term client relationships.
