Randstad, the world’s largest talent company, today announced the winners of the Most Attractive Companies to Work For in Hong Kong SAR, following a poll of 2,599 locally-based respondents.
Hong Kong Monetary Authority, CLP Power Hong Kong and HSBC claimed the prestigious titles of being the top three most attractive companies to work for in Hong Kong SAR.

The Randstad Hong Kong’s 2025 Employer Brand Awards is a part of the annual Randstad Employer Brand Research. Commissioned by Randstad and independently conducted by Kantar, the study surveyed 170,000 respondents around the world, including 2,599 respondents in Hong Kong SAR, making it the world’s most comprehensive employer branding research based on general talent perceptions.
The Randstad Employer Brand Awards focuses on 3 areas:
- Brand Awareness — Refers to the respondents who know the company well enough to have an opinion about it.
- Absolute Attractiveness — Reflects the number of total respondents who indicate they would like to work for the organisation
- Relative attractiveness — Total respondents who know the company and say they would like to work for them.
In Hong Kong SAR, a total of 75 companies were submitted for the voting process. The companies are shortlisted based on the number of employees registered in independent databases and third-party resource hubs. Organisations cannot apply or pay to take part in the voting process.
