Responsibilities:
-Prepare and review monthly SFC Financial Resources Rules (FRR) returns and other regulatory filings.
-Manage daily liquid capital monitoring to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Oversee daily brokerage accounting operations, including settlement reconciliation and client money handling.
-Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
-Perform financial analysis and budgeting to support senior management’s decision-making.
-Assist in the enhancement of internal controls and the optimisation of accounting systems.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
-CPA or ACCA professional qualification is mandatory.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the securities or brokerage industry.
-Proven expertise in SFC FRR reporting and Hong Kong regulatory frameworks.
-Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to communicate with regional stakeholders.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and financial software.
