Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the MPF division, setting ambitious targets for revenue and profitability.
Own the full P&L for the MPF portfolio, including responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Drive the acquisition of new, strategic MPF clients by leading high-level pitches and complex negotiations.
Cultivate senior-level (C-Suite) relationships with key MPF providers and the firm's most significant institutional clients.
Act as the ultimate point of escalation for critical client issues to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
Oversee the team's resource management, assigning projects and setting performance objectives aligned with business goals.
Represent the firm at industry events and forums to establish brand authority and thought leadership in the pension space.
Ensure all divisional activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance procedures.
skills & experiences required.
University Degree; a Master’s degree or advanced professional qualifications (FSA, FLMI, or CFA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
At least 8 years in a senior leadership role specifically within MPF or Employee Benefits.
Must hold all relevant professional licenses (IIQE Papers I, II, III, and MPF).
Proven track record of managing a P&L and driving significant business growth in a broker or provider environment.
Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
