Developing and managing operational processes within the Asia-Pacific time zone to support Global Markets. You will work in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment, interacting directly with traders and cross-functional teams (Risk, IT, Payments) to manage the end-to-end trade life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage trade settlement input, monitoring, and pre-matching across active markets
Specifically cover Fixed Income, Equity SBL (Securities Borrowing & Lending), and Total Return Swap activities
Investigate all incoming/outgoing interest claims, market penalties, and resolve cash or stock breaks within strict daily deadlines
Manage securities lending and OTC collateral exposure, while monitoring corporate action and dividend key dates
Support trading system IT teams through regression and UAT testing for new project deliveries and system migration
Assist with process documentation and update internal procedures to reflect regulatory or technological changes

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
With at least 3 years relevant operations experience within a securities company or banking environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (VBA, Macros, pivot tables, dynamic tables, etc.)
Knowledge of Murex, Euroclear, Bony, Swift, ISM, Bloomberg or Refinitiv systems desirable
Previous experience within securities lending, repo, OTC derivatives, equities and bonds settlements is preferred
Proactive, self starters, and able to build effective relationships with internal parties
