In this role, you will design and oversee international rewards programs, standardize regional pay policies, and act as the main internal consultant for business leaders across their different entities.

Compensation Operations: Direct all core components of pay and benefits, including market salary tracking, position grading, and internal equity reviews.
Year-End Planning: Run the entire calendar for annual salary adjustments, performance bonuses, and human capital budgeting.
Strategic Programs: Design and implement large-scale rewards projects, benefits upgrades, and corporate framework modifications.
Internal Consultation: Work closely with cross-functional leadership and regional HR counterparts to ensure corporate guidelines are smoothly implemented.
Insights & Compliance: Evaluate labor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure company programs remain highly competitive and legally compliant.

... Experience: At least 8 years of specialized experience handling comprehensive compensation and benefits. Background in regional, group-level corporate structures or professional HR consulting is highly valued.
Technical Strengths: Solid background in pay structuring, salary benchmarking data, and incentive plan management.
Work Style: Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Confident navigating fluid environments and meeting tight project deadlines.
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
