Oversee the management of expenses, documents, and other departmental approvals.
Aid in the creation of pitch and marketing materials, including tasks like printing, binding, etc.
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
Attend to various miscellaneous tasks such as sending/couriering materials, managing business support issues, coordinating events for the AM team, etc.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the department head/manager on an as-needed basis.

Possession of a bachelor's degree, formal secretarial training would be beneficial.
Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in a professional work environment.
Capable of working independently, displaying strong attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
Exemplary sense of responsibility and self-driven attitude.
A collaborative individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing software.
