-Lead the production of comprehensive management information reports (MIS) for senior management and the China-based Head Office.
-Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for the Hong Kong branch operations.
-Analyse business performance and key KPIs to provide actionable financial insights for various business lines.
-Oversee the enhancement of MIS systems and automated reporting tools to improve data integrity and efficiency.
-Ensure all management reporting practices align with both internal group standards and local HKMA requirements.
-Act as a key liaison between finance, IT, and business units to refine data collection processes and reporting accuracy.
skills & experience required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
-CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in management reporting or MIS within the banking sector.
-Strong knowledge of banking products and HKMA regulatory reporting standards.
-Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly advantageous.
-Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory for frequent reporting to regional and Head Office stakeholders.
