Drive significant projects and initiatives that directly support Asset Protection objectives.

3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Administration role; Finance background preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal relationship skills and experience communicating across various levels.
Trusted in handling sensitive & confidential information with utmost reliability.
Tech savvy - well versed in Microsoft OS apps (e.g., O365, PowerPoint, Excel) & other business software.
Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
