A leading global advisory firm is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative People & HR Operations Executive to support its regional HR operations based in Hong Kong. This role will support employees across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, ensuring smooth processes, consistent employee experience, and accurate HR data management.

- Act as the first point of contact for employees on routine HR queries
- Manage key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and visa support
- Administer and maintain HR data in the HRIS system (e.g. Workday); generate reports as needed
- Support cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews and compensation cycles
- Coordinate with payroll vendors on payroll and tax filings in selected jurisdictions
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and intern hiring
- Organise or support training sessions, employee engagement activities, and regional HR initiatives
- Review and update internal HR policies, guides, and process documentation
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR operations or coordination experience
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); business-level Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus
- Familiarity with regional HR policies and payroll is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with high integrity
