- Lead and support the execution of talent development programs that align with organizational goals
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and propose relevant solutions
- Contribute to the design and refinement of frameworks that support career growth and internal mobility
- Support initiatives related to employee recognition, engagement, and culture-building
- Stay updated on market trends to help evolve internal practices and tools
skills & experiences required.
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, L&D, or broader HR functions
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about helping people grow through structured, meaningful initiatives
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager title
