The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the ultimate matchmaker. You will:
Consult & Partner: Act as a strategic advisor to Tier-1 clients, helping them solve complex human capital challenges.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialised sector.
Talent Sourcing: Headhunt and engage with top-tier professionals, managing the entire candidate journey from first contact to placement.
Market Intelligence: Become a subject matter expert, providing insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
Who You Are
We are looking for "people people" who are driven by results and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Experienced Recruiter: You have a proven track record in agency recruitment and are looking for a more sophisticated global platform and better work-life balance.
The Sales Professional: You have 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (open to any industry). You’re a natural negotiator who thrives on hitting targets.
The Connector: You possess excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a huge plus) and have the "EQ" to navigate complex professional relationships.
The High Achiever: You are resilient, curious, and motivated by both financial rewards and career progression.
