- Manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse set of technical and engineering roles.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates, with a strong emphasis on talent within the Asian market.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Own the offer process, including drafting proposals, extending offers, and confidently handling complex compensation negotiations to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and manage all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar experience.
- Well-versed in technical and engineering recruitment, with a strong ability to understand and articulate complex technology roles.
- Hands-on, working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing candidates.
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and thrive in a fast-paced contract environment.
