- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer
- Coordinate and support internship and entry-level hiring programs
- Handle onboarding arrangements to ensure a seamless new joiner experience
- Manage visa applications and relocation coordination for overseas hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records using ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Jobvite, Taleo)
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in a multinational environment
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Cantonese a plus
- Proven track record in onboarding and recruitment coordination
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Able to manage multiple hiring projects independently
