A reputable multinational organisation is seeking a capable and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to support early-career hiring programs, manage recruitment coordination, and handle international hiring and visa applications across the group.

This is a dynamic and people-focused role, ideal for someone with solid recruitment experience and a passion for delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer
• Coordinate and support internship and entry-level hiring programs
• Handle onboarding arrangements to ensure a seamless new joiner experience
• Manage visa applications and relocation coordination for overseas hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records using ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Jobvite, Taleo)

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Cantonese a plus
• Proven track record in onboarding and recruitment coordination
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Able to manage multiple hiring projects independently
