- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technical and engineering positions, from initial sourcing to final hire.
- You will be actively finding, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates, especially within Asia.
- You'll work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand complex technical needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- You must confidently handle the entire offer process, including drafting proposals, extending offers, and successfully negotiating complex compensation packages to secure top talent.
- You will maintain meticulous candidate records and manage all recruiting activities using the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- You are expected to identify and implement ways to enhance both the candidate experience and the overall efficiency of the recruiting process.
skills & experiences required.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter is mandatory.
- Strong ability to understand, articulate, and successfully recruit for complex technical and engineering roles.
- Hands-on, working knowledge of the Greenhouse ATS is required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and proven negotiation skills, particularly in successfully closing candidates.
- Must be able to work independently, manage a high volume of requisitions, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
