You will join a high-caliber, multi-disciplinary Brand & Marketing team that operates as a strategic partner to the business. The team is integrated within the Greater China & North Asia regional structure, working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will collaborate daily with senior front-office stakeholders, including the Heads of Client Coverage, Transaction Banking, and Financial Markets, to ensure marketing initiatives are directly aligned with institutional revenue targets and client retention goals.

As the Head of Marketing for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) in Hong Kong and the GBA, your primary objective is to architect and execute a marketing roadmap that reinforces the firm’s position as a dominant institutional player.
Strategic Leadership: Develop integrated marketing plans that support revenue growth and position the bank against key competitors in the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets.
Thought Leadership: Establish the bank as a primary authority through strategic media partnerships, high-level sponsorships, and exclusive C-Suite engagement platforms.
GBA Expansion: Lead the implementation of the GBA-specific marketing plan, identifying and capturing emerging opportunities for corporate clients navigating the region.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the regional CIB marketing budget and manage external agencies for top-tier content creation and event execution.
Data-Driven ROI: Utilize digital marketing and social media analytics to track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future strategic realignments.
skills & experiences required.
Seniority: Preferably at least 15 years of professional experience in B2B marketing within the financial services or professional services industry.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking products, including Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, and Financial Markets.
Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong and GBA market landscape, including the regulatory and digital environment.
Languages: Native or professional fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Stakeholder Management: Superior influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to interface comfortably with external C-level clients and internal business heads.
Education: University degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
