About the Role
As the CEO’s strategic partner, you will filter complexity into clarity, ensuring that the Strategic Decision Support:
- Analyze financial and operational data : Present sharp, decision-ready options and executive briefs.
- Execution Leadership: Drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation to completion, ensuring disciplined follow-through on all CEO-level decisions.
- Governance & Communications: Represent the CEO as a trusted interface with the Board and investors, drafting high-stakes communications and designing decision-oriented executive meetings.
- Intelligence & Risk: Monitor global industry trends, competitors, and geopolitical signals while surfacing organizational risks early to prevent surprises.
- Growth Projects: Provide critical research and diligence support for M&A, partnerships, and investment exploration.
Requirements
- Communication: Native-level English proficiency is required. Fluency in Korean or Chinese is strongly preferred to facilitate regional communication.
- Experience: 7–15 years of high-level experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy, or a "Founder’s Office" environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional structured thinking with the ability to turn raw data into executive-level insights.
- Executive Presence and Influence: Must possess high emotional intelligence and the confidence to respectfully challenge the CEO when appropriate. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, even without direct formal authority.
- Resilience: A low-ego, execution-oriented professional who remains calm under pressure and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with absolute integrity.
- Mobility: Ability to travel internationally with the CEO approximately 1–2 times per month.
