... - Compliance Operations and Advisory:
- Manage the daily work flow of client on boarding and matter opening, resolving issues to ensure efficient service.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex queries on conflicts, AML, CDD, and sanctions.
- Support the team including analysing conflict searches and advising lawyers on CDD requirements.
- Team Supervision and Mentor-ship:
- Oversee the day-to-day work of a small team of Compliance Officers.
- Ensure a consistent and accurate approach to all business acceptance processes.
- Strategic Projects and Policy:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing Business Acceptance policies.
- Deliver compliance training to legal and support staff.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 3 years or more of professional experience in compliance (preferably with a global law firm or corporate service provider)
- expertise in AML, conflicts or business acceptance across major international jurisdictions
- preference will be given to candidates with ACAMS, ICS or other related certifications
- experience in management will be preferred
