Oversee daily settlement tasks and support team members to ensure smooth business operations.
Investigate settlement exceptions and work with brokers and custodians to fix them.
Coach team members to improve performance and lead new business initiatives, including market and product changes.
Review and suggest enhancements to operational and risk control processes to prevent issues.
Follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines regarding client funds and securities.
Quickly report operational problems to reduce risks.
Maintain positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders for efficient operations.

skills & experiences required

Bachelor’s degree with 4-7 years of experience in settlement operations (securities, brokerage, custodians, or asset management).
Understand the full settlement cycle for capital markets products.
Experience with CCASS terminal, and SWIFT Alliance.
Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
