... - Identify and secure new business opportunities for ISO Management System certifications.
- Drive growth in the ESG sector, promoting audits that provide actionable insights into sustainability and risk reduction.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to quotation and contract closing.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention and facilitate re-certification.
- Partner with the technical team to design bespoke audit solutions that align with specific industry requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to expand the company’s regional market share.
- Represent the company at industry webinars, seminars, and networking events to build brand presence.
skills & experiences required.
- Associate Degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry.
- Solid understanding of Management Systems or ESG/Sustainability audits is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex corporate partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Candidates with stronger experience and a solid industry network will be considered for Assistant Sales Manager.
