Randstad is partnering with a leading international banking group with a significant and expanding presence in Asia to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager. This front-office role is pivotal to the bank's strategy, focusing on developing and servicing a portfolio of major SOE and POE across Mainland China.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Manage and grow a dedicated, high-value portfolio of major Chinese SOE and POE clients, acting as the principal point of contact for all banking needs.
Business Origination: Actively solicit and develop new business opportunities, focusing on cross-selling a comprehensive range of corporate banking products, including structured finance, syndicated loans, trade finance, transaction banking, and treasury solutions.
Credit & Risk Expertise: Prepare sound, comprehensive, and persuasive credit proposals and detailed financial analyses. Oversee the entire credit process, ensuring a high-quality credit profile for the managed portfolio and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years (ideally 8+ years) of progressive experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager within the Corporate Banking segment of a reputable financial institution.
Client Focus: Proven track record in managing and originating business from Mainland China corporates, specifically large SOEs and POEs.
Credit Skills: Excellent credit writing skills and strong financial analysis capabilities, with the ability to assess complex financial information and structure credit facilities.
Product Knowledge: Sound knowledge of corporate banking products, including lending, trade, cash management, and capital markets solutions.
Language: Native or Fluent Mandarin (Putonghua) is required, along with professional working proficiency in English, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders across the region.
