- Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Account Management, or Recruitment) is preferred; fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered.
- Prior experience in Technology recruitment, Contracting, or B2B Sales is a significant advantage. Or currently specializing in recruitment for other areas but willing to acquire knowledge of the technology space is welcome.
- Results-oriented and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet both individual and team KPIs.
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). Strong business development acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
- Agile and open-minded, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Flexible, resourceful, and possesses a positive, "can-do" attitude.
