- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- 1-3 years of work experience in the recruitment industry is preferablebut not a must.
- Prior work experience in technology recruitment, contracting recruitment, or B2B sales is an advantage; or currently specializing in recruitment fo other areas but willing to acquire knowledge of the technology space.
- Results-oriented and target-driven, consistently meeting both individual and team targets.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English with solid business development acumen are essential.
- Open-minded and willing to acquire new knowledge and technologies.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, resourceful, and with a positive mindset.
