Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets for a market-leading Trauma and Spine portfolio.
Provide expert on-site technical and clinical support to surgeons and theatre staff, ensuring the successful application of surgical technologies.
Execute localized commercial strategies and sales plans to maximize brand presence and clinical adoption.
Identify emerging market trends, evolving customer needs, and untapped growth opportunities to widen the company’s business impact.
Build and sustain high-trust partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and distribution partners.
Proactively prospect and develop new accounts to consistently grow the customer base within the private and public hospital sectors.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reviews, and market analyses to identify areas for operational improvement.
Monitor and report monthly on competitor activity and market shifts, providing actionable feedback to the regional marketing team to support portfolio expansion.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bio-Medical Engineering, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of medical device sales experience
Comfortable working within the Operating Theatre (OT) environment and providing real-time guidance to surgical teams.
Strong ability to analyze sales data, manage complex hospital tenders, and execute strategic territory plans.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with local surgical stakeholders.
Resilient, proactive, and highly organized, with the emotional intelligence to navigate high-pressure clinical situations.
