A well-established multinational company is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer – Talent & Development to join its Hong Kong office. This is a key role responsible for managing end-to-end learning initiatives, supporting performance development cycles, and leading programs that nurture future talent.
You’ll work independently at the local level while collaborating with a regional HR team to align with broader people strategies.

- Manage and deliver early-career and high-potential development initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding, training logistics, and internal learning activities
- Facilitate monthly induction programs and maintain updated materials
- Support the performance and development review process using HR systems
- Localise and implement group-level initiatives such as inclusion and capability building
- Maintain training records and dashboards; oversee sponsorship and membership schemes
- Participate in HR projects related to employee experience and learning culture
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder in HR, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, talent, or HR functions within MNCs or large organisations
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Familiarity with HR platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday) is a plus
- Immediate availability highly preferred
- More experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager level
