Key Responsibilities:
- Handle members movement update and premium adjustment issuance
- Provide daily supports on medical card issuance and mailings
- Handle administration in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise, co-ordinate and work with related partners for policy admin issues
- Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager
- Provide teammates/superior with supports on routine operations
- Handle inquiries related to Group medical
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable/recognized professional insurance qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Group Insurance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and detail minded
- Good sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office
