- Manage comprehensive policy administration and after-sales servicing requests, including policy alterations, ownership or beneficiary changes, fund transactions, and policy surrenders.
- Deliver high-accuracy servicing and ensure all processing meets strict standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain full alignment with internal contract provisions and strict industry regulatory compliance standards across all handling tasks.
- Participate actively in product implementation and perform comprehensive testing to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements.
- Work under supervision of the team leader to execute end-to-end system enhancements, deliver user training, inspect post-implementation results, and resolve operational issues.
- Draft and update standard operating procedures, manuals, and operational forms as instructed.
- Support ad hoc operational tasks and strategic project assignments as directed by line management.
skills & experience required.
- Degree holder from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in life policy services for the Officer level.
- Hands-on knowledge of life insurance operations is highly advantageous.
- Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
- Keen interest in life operations project execution with strong time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
