• Execute the configuration and deployment of enterprise network solutions across the business units.
• Manage daily network operations, including provisioning and maintenance for SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless infrastructure.
• Implement and refine procedures for the maintenance, augmentation, and repair of network hardware and supporting systems.
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex network-related issues and outages.
• Assist with other general infrastructure tasks, such as system upgrades and integration.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in network administration and hands-on project implementation.
• Proven experience in installing, configuring and maintaining WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches/routers, and VPNs.
• Good understanding of routing and switching protocols and network security best practices.
• Knowledge of generla system admisntarion, upgrde and integration etc..
• Prior experince in verndor mangagement would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in speaking Cantonse is a must.
• Relevant certifications,such as CCNA, is a plus.
• Candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered for the Network Engineer role.
