Role Overview:
This individual will play a key part in fostering market expansion, elevating our brand's standing, and enriching the client journey for our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration & Expansion: Support the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to capture and grow our presence within the HNW client base. Collaborate with both external collaborators and internal departments to jointly create bespoke services and experiences specifically for HNW individuals.
Brand Cultivation & Outreach: Aid in deploying a sophisticated brand narrative and marketing tactics that underscore bespoke service and exclusivity for HNW customers. Contribute to the execution of impactful marketing campaigns across select channels, including exclusive gatherings and strategic alliances. Assist with all HNW client communications, encompassing the dedicated online platform and promotional collateral.
Client Relationship Enhancement: Partner with operational and distribution teams to refine the premium service framework. Support the development of a comprehensive Client Relationship Framework to boost engagement and satisfaction among HNW clients.
Key Requirements:
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or client relations within HNW sectors, financial services, insurance industries.
Demonstrated capability in assisting with client segmentation and marketing campaigns.
Proven aptitude for teamwork and cooperation within a fast-paced environment.
