- Design and implement culture-building and engagement initiatives across business units
- Enhance employee experience through data-driven programs and internal listening tools (e.g. surveys, focus groups)
- Lead internal communication initiatives to improve alignment, transparency, and team connection
- Plan and execute recognition events, townhalls, and employee-driven campaigns
- Work closely with senior leaders to embed values and drive team cohesion
- Track outcomes, manage reporting, and support continuous improvement of people programs
skills & experiences required.
- 8+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR strategy, internal communications, or transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or large corporates preferred
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus
