We are partnering with a well-established group with regional operations across Asia and beyond, currently exploring talent for a Senior Manager – HR Technology Strategy role within their group-level HR function.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in HR systems, enterprise solutions, or HR digital enablement who are looking to take on a strategic role in shaping HR transformation initiatives. - Lead and manage HR systems-related initiatives across business units and support functions
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive system improvements and digital adoption
- Ensure high standards in data integrity, usage protocols, and access controls
- Translate business and HR requirements into technology-enabled solutions
- Monitor system effectiveness and recommend enhancements or integrations based on user experience
- Support senior leadership with HR data insights and reporting tools
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors on project matters
- Contribute to the long-term HR technology roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in HR systems, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementation
- Proven track record in HR project management, system enhancement, or process redesign
- Comfortable working across regional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Experience in large-scale or matrix organizations will be advantageous
