Technology Strategy & Leadership

Lead and drive innovative technology initiatives by exploring, evaluating, and deploying new technologies.
Research and consolidate the latest global technology trends in the market
Develop a realistic rollout plan for the technology initiatives, including design, pilot, refinement, and deployment.
Lead technology application managers to drive entity-level technology programs that achieve tangible business results.
Represent the company in external technology engagements, such as with the Councils/Institutes.

Technology Development & Deployment

Accelerate innovation and deploy new technologies in different entities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency for customers and stakeholders.
Develop the standardization and adoption of technology applications like robotics, AI/Machine Learning through image recognition, and new material/tooling applications.
Evaluate all potential new technologies through broad-based market research and evidence from pilot projects.
Structure the evaluation and demonstration process to ensure new technologies are feasible and deployable, and gather user feedback.

Reporting & Communication

Report on the status of the technology initiatives program and projects to the C-suite in Monthly Business Reviews

skills & experiences required.

With more than 10 years of experience in Transformation, Project Management, Innovation, including over 3-5 years of experience in technology innovation relevant working experience, partnering with external vendors and institutions
Ability to manage and facilitate technical workshops for knowledge / experience transfer and process requirements review
Strong experience in leading and implementing regional projects with structure programme and project management skills
Strong programme, communication, analytical, change management and project management skills
Demonstrate with proven experience in regional government technology funding and patent application
Strong technology literacy with bachelor or above degree education
Business process reengineering experiences (lean six sigma green belt or black belt preferred)
Strong project management professional with PMP Or PRINCE2
Agile development qualifications such as DevOps or Scrum master
Fluent in English and Chinese
Knowledge in MRO business, operational technology, and MRO related regulations & standards is preferred but not a must
